Me, Myself, Menopause provides community, education and wellbeing support. We are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please seek urgent professional support straight away.

If you are experiencing severe distress, overwhelming thoughts, or a mental health crisis, support is available 24 hours a day:

  • Samaritans
    Call 116 123 (free, 24/7). A confidential listening service for anyone experiencing emotional distress.
  • Shout
    Text SHOUT to 85258. A free, confidential text support service available 24/7.

If you are struggling but not in immediate danger

If things feel difficult but you are not in crisis, you may find it helpful to:

  • Contact your GP to discuss symptoms and support options
  • Reach out to a trusted friend, family member or colleague
  • Seek support from a qualified mental health professional or counsellor

Menopause and emotional wellbeing

Hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can significantly affect mood, anxiety, confidence and emotional resilience. Feeling overwhelmed, low, anxious or unlike yourself is not a personal failure — and you deserve support. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength.

Our commitment

All Me, Myself, Menopause spaces are trauma-aware, inclusive and guided with care. While we cannot provide crisis intervention, we will always encourage individuals to access appropriate professional support and signpost services where needed.
