Me, Myself, Menopause was created because we know how isolating menopause can feel — especially when you’re expected to keep going, coping quietly, and holding everything together.

This community is a space to pause. A space to learn, to feel understood, and to be supported without judgement or pressure.

You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to share if you don’t want to. You don’t need to be positive or resilient all of the time.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

Our hope is that this space helps you feel less alone, more informed, and gently supported as you navigate this stage of life. Take what you need, move at your own pace, and know that you belong here.

Where To Start

This guide is for members of the Me, Myself, Menopause Free Membership. It’s here to help you gently find your way — without pressure or overwhelm.

Welcome to the Me, Myself, Menopause membership space. If you’re wondering where to begin, this guide is here to gently orient you — without pressure or overwhelm.

There is no right way to use this space. You’re invited to move at your own pace and listen to what feels most supportive right now.

Step One: Arrive

Before doing anything else, take a moment to pause.

Menopause often comes with urgency — appointments, information, advice — and this space is intentionally different. You don’t need to catch up or keep up here.

You may choose to simply read, observe, or take a breath. That is enough.

Step Two: Explore the Community

The heart of this space is connection.

  • Introduce yourself if that feels comfortable
  • Read and relate to others’ experiences
  • Observe quietly until you feel ready

Participation is always optional. Belonging does not require visibility.

Step Three: Start with the Resources

If you’re looking for something practical, we recommend beginning with:

From time to time, we host live sessions that are open to free members. You’re welcome to join live or watch the recording later if available.

Step Five: Check In With Yourself

As you spend time in this space, gently ask:
