Our retreats are safe, nurturing spaces where you can rest, learn and reconnect with yourself and others. Each retreat blends gentle movement, restorative practices and shared reflection, with optional coaching or therapies.

A typical retreat includes

  • Breathwork and mindfulness sessions

  • Nutrition, restorative sleep and natural support strategies
  • Opening and closing circles to reflect and connect

Practical, friendly sessions designed to build confidence, understanding and connection. Workshops can be delivered online or hosted in community venues, libraries, health centres or workplaces.

Format: 90–120 minute sessions, with half-day and full-day options available. Interactive, supportive and led by experienced facilitators.

Workplaces can make a real difference. Our corporate offering supports both managers and employees with accessible training, practical guidance and follow-up resources.

Our corporate services include

  • Awareness sessions for all staff (60 minutes)
  • Manager training covering conversations, adjustments and policy basics (90 minutes)
  • Bespoke packages: half-day or full-day training, drop-in clinics and toolkits
  • Pre-workshop surveys and post-workshop resources to measure impact

We believe connection is essential, especially during menopause. Our community is primarily online, making it accessible, flexible and welcoming wherever you live.

We also host two in-person community gatherings each year, offering the opportunity to meet, connect and deepen relationships in a supportive, relaxed setting.
