Our retreats are safe, nurturing spaces where you can rest, learn, and reconnect with yourself and others.

Each retreat blends gentle movement, restorative practices, and shared reflection, with optional coaching or therapies. These experiences are designed to support wellbeing, understanding, and meaningful connection.

  • Nutrition, restorative sleep, and natural support strategies
  • Opening and closing circles to reflect and connect

Who it’s for: Anyone seeking rest, practical menopause support, and meaningful connection. Full- and part-week options are available. Meals, refreshments, and all materials are included.

Arrival & Departure

Arrive: Monday 14th, 5:00pm – 7:00pm
Check Out: Friday 18th, 10:00am
